From the blurb:

Gnome Larp (Gnarp) is a one hour (plus setup) horde larp for up to 10 players. It attempts to be comedic. It is “lit form”, as in: “this game will be lit” (this is a joke). You will play as either a gnome horde (gnorde) character, switching between many gnomes, or a non-gnome character. If playing gnome characters (gnaracters), you will have to read new (very short) character sheets / prompts during game, in addition to pregame reading. Gnome characters (gnaracters) may be one-dimensional. Gnome players (gnlayers) will also get the opportunity to make their own (short) gnome characters (gnaracters). Players are welcome to replay this game, but if you have already played this game before you should sign up for a gnome horde (gnorde) role.

This should be a fairly easy to run larp with GM instructions included, but if I'm missing anything please let me know.

Gnome Larp (Gnarp) debuted at Time Bubble 2023.

I was a last minute fill for one of the non-gnome characters at this game's debut convention. This game is a comedy larp and it knows it. It requires very little GM intervention, save for setup and the very end of the game. Even then though, I think the most intensive work for the game runner is making an arts and crafts table for the gnome horde to use and get silly with.

Speaking of which, I think it's very smart to have the GM take the gnome players into game space before everyone else to have their arts and crafts time. It creates an opportunity for all the players to get ridiculous without any of the "straight man" characters around to harsh the vibe, like a sort of theater warm-up before entering a scene.

If you want silly, quick fun with some friends, definitely check Gnarp out.
